How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?
All orders are dispatched daily (Monday-Friday), with orders received before 2.30pm leaving us that very day. After your order has been dispatched, you should receive you order within 1-3 working days. Please Note: During busy periods, deliveries can take longer.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with tracking details. If you cannot find this email then it may have gone into your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find an email with tracking information you can contact a member of our team for assistance. To submit a query relating to tracking please click here.
I Received Multiple Tracking Emails, Has My Order Been Processed More Than Once?
If you have received more than one tracking email with different tracking numbers, this does not mean that your order has been processed more than once. It simply means that your order has required us to send out multiple parcels and you are just being supplied with tracking for each parcel.
I Am Missing An Item From My Order, What Do I Need To Do?
Our orders are sometimes despatched in multiple parcels or can smaller products may be placed within the packing of larger products. If you believe an item is missing from your order, please wait until your delivery date has passed and then email our customer service team at hello@pets.ie. Please provide them with your order number and the details of the missing items.
I Received Incorrect Item(s) In My Order, What Do I Need To Do?

Can I Collect My Order?
Yes, you can collect your order. We open for collections from 9am-4pm Monday - Thursday and from 9am - 3pm Friday. As soon as you have placed your order online, the order will then be prepared. As soon as it is ready for collection, an email will be sent to you. Collections can be picked up from our warehouse in the Croghan Industrial Estate, Emoclew Road, Arklow, County Wicklow, Y14 F861. Please bring with you your confirmation email to show to a member of staff.
