How much does shipping cost?
Delivery is free for chickens coops & starter packs. For other orders, shipping within Ireland (incl NI) is a flat rate of €4.95 up to a maximum package weight of 25kg. For larger consignments delivery is charged at €4.95 per additional 25kg or part thereof.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched daily, with orders received before 2 pm leaving us that very day. During busy periods there can be a slight delay with dispatch, while this does not happen often, it can occur so please be aware of this. *Metal chicken pens can take a little longer due – please see the note below.
After your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically within one to two working days following this. All orders must be signed for. It is possible that sometimes items can get delayed with the courier, thankfully this is rare, but please allow an extra day or contact us and we can check on the item.
* Note on galvanised metal chicken pen deliveries – Please note that delivery of orders that include galvanised metal chicken pens may take an additional 1 to 2 working days compared to other orders. The reason for this is chicken pens are a heavy item which regular couriers will not deliver. We use a special delivery service as a result which can take 1-2 days extra than our normal service.
Is my product in stock?
Our aim is to have all products in stock at all times. If a product is out of stock we will have it marked as so in the online store. In the exceptional circumstances that an order is out of stock, we will contact you immediately with a delivery date.
When you receive goods ordered from Farm Fowl, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to seven working days starting from the day after the goods were delivered.
We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from notification that you wish to return the goods.
This notification must be in writing, and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only. We will only refund the cost of the goods and not the delivery cost or the cost of returning them.
Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.
