Please note the cut-off time for orders to be delivered before Christmas is noon on Monday,17th December 2018. However, we do advise that orders are placed well in advance to help prevent last-minute issues. After this date, our next dispatch date is on Thursday, 3rd January 2019 and will be delivered in the following days.
Please note, we are running low on stock of some products, so please order as soon as possible to ensure availability. As usual, everything on the website is in stock, unless otherwise indicated.
***Christmas / New Year Opening Times***
Our offices are closed from Monday 24th of December until Wednesday 2nd of January. There is no-one available during this time. If you call or e-mail during this time, we will return your call as soon as we re-open on 2nd of January.
After the holidays, our first dispatch day is Thursday, 3rd of January. Orders placed online during the Christmas / New Year period will be dispatched on that day and will be delivered in the following days. After this date, all is back to normal and regular opening hours resume.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Ireland (incl NI) is a flat rate of €4.95 up to a maximum package weight of 25kg. For larger consignments delivery is charged at €4.95 per additional 25kg or part thereof.
Delivery is free for chickens coops & starter packs.
Large quantities of feed or bedding can incur a delivery surcharge due to their weight and if this is the case we will contact you prior to dispatch. This is due to the cost of shipping these particularly heavy items.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are dispatched within three working days. We will e-mail you once this has happened. During busy periods there can be a slight delay with dispatch, while this does not happen often, it can occur so please be aware of this.
After your order has been dispatched, delivery is the typically within one to two working days following this throughout Ireland. We will e-mail you tracking information and courier contact details on the day your order leaves us. All orders must be signed for. It is possible that sometimes items can get delayed with the courier, thankfully this is rare, but please allow an extra day or contact us and we can check on the item.
Is my product in stock?
Our aim is to have all products in stock at all times. If a product is out of stock we will have it marked as so in the online store. In the exceptional circumstances that an order is out of stock we will contact you immediately with a delivery date.
When you receive goods ordered from Farm Fowl, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to seven working days starting from the day after the goods were delivered.
We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from notification that you wish to return the goods.
This notification must be in writing, and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only. We will only refund the cost of the goods and not the delivery cost or the cost of returning them.
Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.
